Jack D. Moskal Chairman, MAAA, Actuary… Jack is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University (Accounting – Finance) and has attended their graduate school of Business Administration. He has a strong background in pension actuarial science, mathematics, finance and accounting, and is an Enrolled Actuary (E.A.).

Jack lectures regularly throughout Northeast Ohio for pension professionals. Jack has also testified before the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Small Business in an effort to prevent the passage of anti-small business legislation by Congress. Jack and his wife, Mary Ann, have five children and fourteen grandchildren. Jack and Mary Ann reside in Bratenahl, Ohio. Affiliations: Member, American Society of Pension Actuaries (M.S.P.A); Member, Academy of Actuaries (M.A.A.A.); Case Reserve Athletic Club; Inducted into the Case Western Reserve Hall of Fame (1986); Membership Board-Cleveland Athletic Club.

Legal Advisor, Attorney, Actuary… Richard is a graduate of Kent State University (B.B.A. Marketing) and the Cleveland Marshall School of Law. He is both an attorney and Enrolled Actuary (E.A.), one of only a few individuals in the United States to hold such dual designations. Richard has worked in the retirement planning field since 1967.

He was president of E.M. Klein & Company from 1986 until the formation of Moskal Klein in 1990. He has spoken at numerous seminars on various retirement planning subjects, and has spoken before the Joint Committee of the IRS and U.S. Department of Labor on Pension issues.
