Ronald Gross -
President
Ron is a graduate of Miami University (B.S. Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was formerly employed in the tax division of a national accounting firm and as a tax specialist for a local CPA firm. Ron is a continuing education faculty member at Cleveland State University and conducts seminars for pension professionals and students, including the Ohio Society of CPAs Continuing Professional Education programs.
He is also an Enrolled Actuary (E.A.). Ron, his wife, Shelley, and their three children reside in Beachwood, Ohio.

Michael
Moskal -
Director of Investments
Michael is a graduate of the University of Akron (B.S.B.A. Finance) and is a Registered Financial Planner (RFP). He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). As Moskal Gross Orchosky’s director of Investment Research, Michael is responsible for the performance of client portfolios. He holds NASD General Securities License Series 7, NASD Securities Principal License Series 24, and NASD Ohio Securities License Series 63.
Michael formerly wrote a quarterly column for the national publication “Journal of Pension Benefits” as well as the “Employee Benefit Plan Review.” He authors a weekly investment newsletter for our clients as well as many other financial professionals. Michael and his wife, Jackie, have four children and reside in Concord, Ohio.

Paul Orchosky -
Vice President Employee Communication
Paul is a graduate of the University of Akron, Class of ‘83 (B.S. Statistics) and has a strong technical background and considerable expertise in the design and installation of qualified retirement plans. He regularly conducts educational meetings and workshops for employee groups and has spoken at numerous seminars on a variety of retirement planning issues. Paul and his wife, Rosie, have three children and reside in Copley, Ohio.
Paul volunteers time scouting with his sons, leading extensive backpacking and cycling trips and coaches youth soccer.

Paul
Gabrail -

Paul graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in economics. He worked in the Finance industry until moving to Cleveland, Ohio in 2004 to begin Select Investment Group. Here Paul pursued his Masters in Accountancy at John Carroll University. Since 1997, Paul has assisted investors to identify and acquire underperforming assets that have outperformed competing transactions being considered by those investors. He currently resides in Richfield, Ohio.

Andrew
Strigle -
SIG Co-Founder
Andrew graduated from Ohio University with a dual degree in Finance and Management Information Systems. Prior to Select Investment Group and MGO, he held a senior position in the Risk Management division for a large regional bank while pursuing his MBA. In January 2008, Andrew moved positions to become a Partner in Select Investment Group where he has since identified and assisted in all of SIG's property acquisitions. Along with Paul Gabrail, Andrew, was featured by the Cleveland Plain Dealer and Investor’s Business Daily in 2009 and 2010, respectively, for their real estate investing strategies. He holds an active Real Estate License in good standing with the state of Ohio. Andrew and his wife, Jennifer, have one child and currently reside in Macedonia, Ohio.
